David J. Moseley,  President is responsible for maintaining client relationships and producing new business. He has been with The Sloan Agency for over 15 years. In 2007, David became President and owner of the Agency. David’s experience includes all areas of Insurance and Surety Bonding with emphasis on Property and Casualty Lines. His client base includes industries related to Restaurant/Hospitality, Habitational, Public Auto, and Construction.

David holds a Business Administration Degree from The University of Kansas and he is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. David also has achieved the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. In his free time, David enjoys traveling with his family and playing golf.

Matt Schloegel, Chief Operating Officer has over 12 years of insurance experience in sales, sales management, and director responsibilities at a large national insurance company. With an extensive background in risk management and commercial property and casualty insurance, Matt also is well-versed in life and group benefits. Matt's experience is rounded out by his continued industry certifications.

Before the Sloan Agency, Matt graduated from Emporia State University with a degree in Business Administration and ran a successful contracting company with his brother Dave before entering the insurance industry.

Sam Stallard has been with The Sloan Agency for over six years. He will be focusing his attention on commercial property and personal lines accounts. Sam takes great pride in providing high class customer service to all of his clients.

Prior to joining the Sloan Agency, Sam worked as a consultant for Cap Gemini Ernst & Young in their telecommunications practice. He is a graduate from the University of Kansas, with degrees in Accounting and Business Administration.
